Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
Last updated: July 2026
The Magnificent Middle Circle is currently in its pre-launch phase: no Circle enrollment, courses, or paid programs are being sold through this website yet. These Terms of Use govern your use of the website itself, including the survey and waitlist. Once Circle enrollment opens, separate, more detailed program terms covering pricing, payment, and cancellation will be published and will apply to that registration.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the website operated by The Magnificent Middle Circle, Lucy Kinosian & Trinnie Kern (see our Impressum for full provider details), reachable at hello@magnificentmiddle.com. By using this website, completing the survey, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
At this stage, the website offers:
None of the above involves any charge or payment. Joining the waitlist or completing the survey does not create a contract, reservation, or obligation to enroll in a future Circle, nor does it guarantee you a place in one.
When Circle enrollment, the Designing Your Life offering, or any other paid program becomes available, we will publish specific terms covering price, payment method and schedule, what is included, cancellation, and your right of withdrawal at that time. Those terms will govern the paid relationship; these Terms of Use will continue to apply to your general use of the website.
When you use this site, complete the survey, or join the waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for its intended purpose. You may not use the website in any way that disrupts its operation, violates applicable law, or infringes the rights of others.
The text, design, and other content on this website created by The Magnificent Middle Circle are protected under German copyright law. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use beyond that requires our prior written consent.
Our survey is hosted by Tally, an EU-based, GDPR-compliant platform; see our Privacy Notice for details on how your data is handled. Where this site links to other external websites, we have no control over their content and accept no liability for it. See the Liability for Links section of our Impressum for further detail.
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, suspend, or change the website, the survey, the waitlist, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For damages arising from ordinary negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (a duty whose fulfillment is essential to the proper performance of the contract, and on which you may regularly rely), and in that case liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.
The website's current free offerings (the survey, the waitlist, and general browsing) do not constitute a purchase, so no right of withdrawal applies to them. Once we begin offering paid programs, consumers within the EU will be entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and the applicable withdrawal instructions will be provided at the time of that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@magnificentmiddle.com, or see our Contact page.
