Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, including the survey, the waitlist and the application form. Section 3 sets out the terms on which a place in a Magnificent Middle Circle is sold, and Section 9 sets out your right of withdrawal. Enrollment in a Circle is additionally governed by the Participation Agreement you receive and accept when you enroll; where the two differ, the Participation Agreement prevails for that enrollment.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the website operated by Magnificent Middle GbR, Schellingstraße 6, 61350 Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Germany, represented by its partners Loocyn Kinosian and Trinidad Arriola-Kern (see our Impressum for full provider details), reachable at hello@magnificentmiddle.com. By using this website, completing the survey, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
The contracting entity is Magnificent Middle GbR, a partnership under German civil law (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts, §§ 705 ff. BGB). "Magnificent Middle" is used as the short form in marketing.
Through this website we offer, free of charge:
None of these involves any charge or payment. Applying, joining the waitlist or completing the survey does not create a contract, reservation, or obligation to enroll, nor does it guarantee you a place in a Circle.
We also offer places in The Magnificent Middle Circle, which are paid. Enrollment is by invitation: we read every application, arrange a conversation, and send an enrollment link only to those we offer a place. Section 3 applies to that enrollment.
A place in a Magnificent Middle Circle: a closed peer group of approximately eight to ten English-speaking women in midlife, meeting in person in the Taunus area across a programme of Saturday sessions and Middle Table evenings. The exact dates, times and cohort are set out on the enrollment page and in the Participation Agreement for that Circle. Sessions may be led by our founders or by outside professional facilitators.
The Circle is facilitated conversation, reflection and peer connection. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice and does not replace professional care.
The total fee for a place is 600 EUR when paid in full, or 640 EUR when paid in two instalments of 320 EUR. The fee covers the whole programme, including both the Saturday sessions and the Middle Table evenings. It is a total price: no further charges are added at checkout, and travel, meals and any materials you choose to buy yourself are not included.
Submitting the enrollment form is a binding offer by you to join the Circle. The contract comes into effect when we confirm your place in text form, normally by email. Before you submit, the enrollment page shows you the programme, the dates, the total fee and the payment option you have selected, and you must confirm that you have read and accept the Participation Agreement. You can correct any entry using your browser's back button before submitting.
Payment is by bank transfer only. No payment is taken on this website and we do not store payment card details. After you enroll we send you an invoice by email with our bank details. Where you have chosen to pay in full, the fee is due before the first gathering of the Circle. Where you have chosen two instalments, the first is due before the first gathering and the second by the date stated on the enrollment page and in your Participation Agreement. The date of the first gathering is stated on the enrollment page and in your Participation Agreement.
If we cancel a Circle before or during the programme — for example because the minimum cohort size is not reached — you may choose either a full refund of all amounts paid, or a credit of equal value towards a future Circle.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is set out in Section 9 and is unaffected by anything in this Section. After the withdrawal period has expired, the cancellation terms in your Participation Agreement apply. You enroll for the whole programme; individual sessions cannot be booked, and missing a session does not reduce the fee.
Each enrollment is additionally governed by the Participation Agreement for that Circle, which covers confidentiality, photographs and recordings, the nature of the programme, and data protection. Where these Terms and that Agreement differ, the Participation Agreement prevails for that enrollment.
When you use this site, complete the survey, or join the waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for its intended purpose. You may not use the website in any way that disrupts its operation, violates applicable law, or infringes the rights of others.

Magnificent Middle may be liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For ordinary negligence, Magnificent Middle shall only be liable where an essential contractual obligation has been breached, and in such cases, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for other legally mandatory liability.
The free parts of this website — browsing, the survey, the application form and the waitlist — do not constitute a purchase, so no right of withdrawal applies to them. The following applies to Circle enrollment.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Magnificent Middle GbR, Schellingstraße 6, 61350 Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Germany, hello@magnificentmiddle.com — of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you asked us to begin the programme during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
