Two Ways In

The Circle, or the Gatherings

Some women want an exclusive and formative community. Some would rather come when they can.
Both are welcome here.

The Circle

Eight to ten women, the same group from October to May, exploring together issues in midlife and what comes next.

  • Eight Saturday sessions in Kronberg, 10:00–13:00
  • Seven Middle Table evenings: the group on its own, over food
  • Three Designing Your Life sessions to reshape your next chapter
  • Confidentiality, presence and genuine community

The Idea

We think midlife deserves better company

Midlife is about far more than hormonal changes. It is a profound period of transformation that can reshape identity, relationships, family, career, purpose, health, and the way you see yourself and your future. Most of the conversation around women and aging still lags behind this reality, and we believe it's time to change that.

We are two women in the Frankfurt area, in the thick of this chapter ourselves. We have felt the particular loneliness of an emptying nest, a closing career chapter, and a question that will not go quiet: what comes next? We went looking for this kind of community. We could not find it. So we are building it.

Hosts, not gurus

We are the women holding the space, setting the table, and making sure the Circle and the Gatherings happen. When a session calls for skilled facilitation, we bring in experienced professionals to lead it.
