The Idea
Not a networking group. Not a career pivot programme. Not therapy. Something quieter and more honest: small circles of English-speaking women in midlife, meeting in person to sit with the questions that do not have easy answers, and to find their way through them together.
We are two women in the Frankfurt area, in the thick of this chapter ourselves. We have felt the particular loneliness of an emptying nest, a closing career chapter, and a question that will not go quiet: what comes next? We went looking for this kind of community. We could not find it. So we are building it.
Here is what matters most. We do not want to build it alone. Before we design a single circle, we want to hear from the women it is for.

We could guess what women in midlife want. Plenty of people do. Instead, we are asking.
We have created a short, thoughtful survey, and your answers will directly shape what these circles become: the questions they explore, how often they meet, what they cost, and what they feel like. This is your invitation to influence something from the inside, before it exists.
It takes about ten minutes. It is the most direct way to find out what we are creating, and to make sure it is something you would actually want to be part of.

How This Works
We are the hosts of this community. We are the women holding the space, setting the table, and making sure these circles happen. We are not here to coach you or teach you. When a circle calls for skilled facilitation, we bring in experienced professionals to lead it.
Our vision is to create a community worth showing up for, in person, in the Frankfurt area, and to gather the right women into it.
